WonderCon hits the Moscone Center South in San Francisco this weekend (April 2-4th) and Disney will have a presence, especially to showcase three of their upcoming films.

Tron fans will also be on the lookout for what is believed to be another viral event or announcement on April 2nd as “ENCOM’s” Alan Bradley will take the stage at 8pm in Justin Herman Plaza on to unveil the next generation in Encom innovation.

The schedule for the Disney events is below:

Friday, April 2:  4:30-5:30 Walt Disney Animation Studios: The Art of The Princess and the Frog Join the team that made the new Disney animated feature. Directing partnersRon Clements and John Musker (Little Mermaid, Aladdin), art director Ian Gooding, supervising animator Eric Goldberg, and head of effects Marlon West discuss the design, characters, and cinematography of The Princess and the Frog. Get a glimpse into the world of the design process and hear about the creative choices and artistic challenges this team faced throughout the production. Room 220

Saturday, April 3rd:  11:00-12:00 Hand-Drawn Animation Demo— Eric Goldberg (supervising animator, Walt Disney Animation Studios) demonstrates the art of hand-drawn animation. Discussing his latest character, Louis the alligator from The Princess and the Frog, Eric will do a live demonstration revealing his technique and approach. Come learn from this animation legend about his in-depth thought process and the magic of a pencil and paper! Room 204/206
